The Oris Williams F1 Team Chronograph (Reference 7563 / 01 673 7563 4184) is a prominent motorsport-inspired Swiss timepiece. It features a large 45mm case, a genuine black carbon fiber structure dial, and a integrated flexible lug design engineered to sit comfortably on the wrist.
Flexible Lugs: The multi-piece stainless steel case utilizes articulating, pivoting lugs. This design allows the massive 45mm case to actively "hug" your wrist, making it wear much more comfortably than a standard stiff 45mm watch.
Gauge Style Subdials: Instead of starting straight up at 12, the subdial chronograph hands often mimic the resting needle positions of real Formula 1 dashboard rev counters or speedometers.
Material Variants: While the primary model is raw stainless steel, Oris also produced a striking black PVD-coated version (Ref. 01 673 7563 4754) and configurations featuring a blue tachymeter top ring.
Case Size: 45.00 mm diameter; 14.5 mm thickness.
Dial Material: Genuine black woven carbon fiber, creating a highly legible racing-gauge texture.
Movement: Oris Caliber 673 / 674 (Based on the ultra-reliable Swiss ETA/Valjoux 7750 automatic chronograph movement).
Power Reserve: 48 hours.
Case Back: Exhibition/mineral glass see-through back revealing the iconic Oris red winding rotor.
Functions: Central chronograph 1/4 seconds, 30-minute subdial (at 12 o'clock), 12-hour subdial (at 6 o'clock), date window tucked neatly at 6 o'clock, and an external tachymeter scale bezel for measuring speed.
