The Rolex Deepsea Ref. 136660 "James Cameron" D-Blue is a highly engineered, ultra-deep diving watch featuring a signature two-color gradient dial that fades from brilliant blue to bottomless black. This design commemorates filmmaker and explorer James Cameron’s historic 2012 solo dive to the bottom of the Mariana Trench. While historically part of the Sea-Dweller line, Rolex officially bifurcated the collection, establishing the Deepsea as its own standalone model line. Current 2026 production models continue to represent the pinnacle of commercial diving technology with massive structural strength and extreme water resistance.
