The Panerai Radiomir GMT PAM00184 is a rare and highly collectible 42mm luxury timepiece that blends Panerai's historic Italian military design with an elegant, travel-friendly dual-time complication. Produced for a very short period starting in 2004 (primarily during Panerai's "G-Series"), this discontinued model is estimated to have a limited run of only 1,000 pieces worldwide.
