The Longines Heritage Column-Wheel Single Push-Piece Chronograph (Ref. L2.800.4.53.0) is a vintage-inspired timepiece originally released in 2015. It is celebrated for its column-wheel movement and smooth "monopusher" operation, where a single button integrated into the crown controls the start, stop, and reset functions.
Case: 41mm stainless steel round case with a thickness of 14mm.
Dial: Matte black with painted white Arabic numerals, a tachymeter scale, and polished rhodium-plated hands.
Movement: Self-winding Calibre L788.2 (based on ETA A08.L11), featuring a blue steel column wheel, 28,800 vph, and a 54-hour power reserve.
Functions: Central 60-second chronograph hand, 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, small seconds at 9 o’clock, and a date window at 6 o’clock.
Crystal & Caseback: Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and a transparent sapphire caseback to view the movement.
Water Resistance: 3 bar (30 meters / 100 feet).
Strap: Black genuine alligator leather with off-white stitching and a stainless steel tang buckle.
