The Omega Seamaster Professional 200m (Reference DB 396.1041 ), famously known as the "Pre-Bond," is a classic diver from the late 1980s and early 1990s. It earned its nickname by being the predecessor to the Seamaster 300m worn by Pierce Brosnan in GoldenEye.
Case Size: Most commonly cited as a 38mm mid-size model. Some technical listings specify the case diameter as 36.5mm excluding the crown.
Movement: Features a high-quality Quartz movement.
Calibre 1441: Found in earlier 1987–1988 models; highly sought after for being a thermo-compensated "High Accuracy Quartz" (HAQ) movement.
Calibre 1438: Used in later production runs following Calibre 1441.
Case Material: Available in full Stainless Steel or Two-Tone (Gold and Steel).
Water Resistance: Rated for 200 meters (20 bar).
